Tasting Notes
It was born from the passion for food and desire to have a perfect ingredient that could be great paired with every dish to enhance the flavors. In the central hills of Tuscany we have several varieties represented by very few olive trees and therefore considered minor.
Passion and curiosity brought us to insulate this plant and try to grow it to verify which flavors and aromas it could give. So L’Aromantica olive oil was born blending three minor varieties blending them after we processed every single cultivar separately.
Perfect condiment for
The citrus, spicy, and tomato leaf notes make it ideal for fish and meat blackened. The delicate aroma of mustard provides the exaltation of tastes with white meats but also grilled eggplants and other vegetables such as cabbage, cooked legumes with tomatoes. It is also interesting when paired with sorbet or wild berries, citrus ice-creams.
