This blend was created to meet those who love olive oils that are not excessively bitter and spicy. Eremo Bianco is obtained with the same olives that make our Eremo Nero. Its olives are from mixed Tuscan organic varieties (Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Leccio del Corno, Piangente, etc.) collected, depending on the vintages, from the end of November until the middle of December.
Perfect condiment for
This olive oil is among the most delicate we produce. It goes great with almost everything because it doesn’t alter the taste of the dishes. According to personal taste, it is possible to increase the quantity of olive oil to increase the intensity of flavors. It is excellent for fish dishes, vegetables of tomato soups but also white meats. It is ideal to make mayonnaise or various sauces.
