Eremo Nero is the olive oil native of the hilly Tuscany where, per farming tradition, different varieties were planted and therefore different varieties with different ripeness were processed together at the olive mill. We still produce it in the traditional way; Eremo Nero comes from the very first harvest of the year to guarantee more intense flavors and aromas compared to its “brother” Eremo Bianco.
Perfect condiment for

This olive oil is considered medium fruity and therefore it is perfect as a "whole meal" product. It can be used with many dishes because it is not aggressive and at the same time has pleasant herbaceous sensations. It is great when used with roasts, raw or cooked vegetables, baked fish, legume soups. Among the desserts, it is interesting when used on honey or cheesecakes.
